How Does It Work?
When you sign the listing contract, YOU determine the amount of the commission you will pay to any Realtor who brings a buyer to your property.
Most people choose between 2% and 3%. If a buyer comes to you without a Realtor, you do NOT have pay this commission. We receive no additional payments from you. We provide basic and enhanced listings services for the one time fee that you will pay us up front.
